Off-leash dog training in Palm Beach County

A dog that comes when called and holds a position around real distractions, without a leash.

The goal

What off-leash control looks like

Recall you can trust

Your dog comes when called, the first time.

Stays under pressure

Holds position around people, dogs, and noise.

Heel without a leash

Focused walking right at your side.

Control from a distance

Clear communication across the yard or beach.

How we get there

Built in three stages

Off-leash reliability comes from clarity and consistency. Each program adds more distance, more duration, and more distraction.

Obedience 1: The foundation

Beginner on-leash training

In Obedience 1, we start the journey of developing a strong line of communication with your pup, which will be critical to the success of your training. Exercises will include auditory stimulator, recalling your dog, follow the lure, touch, sit, and down, and all will be fully on command by the end of Obedience 1. We will also address common concerns and issues you may be having with your dog, as well as pack mentality and crate training (go-to place).

Obedience 2: Off-leash begins

The beginning of off-leash training

In Obedience 2, we take the skills and talents we learned in Obedience 1 and apply them to new and exciting training exercises. Obedience 2 is also the start of duration (stay), where we will be creating distance, distractions, and increasing time in specific positions. Exercises taught in Obedience 2 include finish, rest, focused heel, stand, touch from a distance, pull back, and forward, and all will be on command by the end of Obedience 2!

Obedience 3: Off-leash freedom

Advanced off-leash training

The goal of Obedience 1 and 2 was to set the stage for advanced, fully off-leash training in Obedience 3. At the end of this course you will have complete control of your dog in almost any situation, with nearly any distraction in place! In Obedience 3, we will work on all previous exercises with the addition of major distractions, distance from the dog, and increased time spent in specific positions, as well as a new way to communicate with your dog without a leash from a distance!
